It’s been a few years since I gave my site ContactJuggling.Org away, because of emerging mental difficulties (I eventually was diagnosed with depression, and am currently on drugs to prevent relapse), but I sometimes look in, to see how things are going.

Please view this video. It’s an example of what I always thought was so beautiful about the art. While the moves are not especially difficult, the artist manages to make a stunning performance. Ignore the shaky camera work – I’m sure the photographer has been shot or has apologised 😉

I must get back into this – it was really a fantastic period in my life, to see the reactions on people’s faces when they saw this for the first time.
