KFM 1.4.2 has been released. It’s a minor maintenance release, but it adds support for CKeditor. It has fulfilled its original purpose; to improve on the default file-manager for FCKeditor, and well-exceeded it. From my records, I can see that KFM has been installed on over 9000 separate domains.
